The Cosmo will arrive secured in cardboard and wrapped in plastic.
Carefully remove the COSMO from the box and unwrap it. Gently put it on the desk and examine it for any damaged areas.
If there is any damage to the COSMO or the packing box it came in, it is imperative that you contact http://www.ebrailler.com and then possibly the delivery company.
