Tips:

  • Always Turn the COSMO off after use and before unplugging the power source.
  • Always wait for the two beeps before starting to Braille. If you do not hear the two beeps please contact us as we will help you trouble shoot a solution. 
  • Always be careful in plugging in the device so as not to damage the power adaptor or the plug input on the COSMO.
